• Any tour sales voucher or other tickets and coupons issued concerning the activities mentioned are subject to these conditions of the contract, as well as of the owners and individual carriers. On request, copies of these terms and conditions are available. By purchasing a voucher or making a reservation that enables you to take part in an activity, you are expected to have agreed to and accepted these contract terms.
• We expect you to pay the full amount for the activity at least two days before the date of the activity. We owe the right to cancel your appointment if we haven’t received the amount before the same. Refunds are only applicable for bookings that are cancelled 24 hours before. Activity will be cancelled if you do not show up at the agreed-upon location by the scheduled departure time.
• We reserve the right, with or without a pronouncement to you to cancel, modify, or omit any aspect of any activity for which a booking has been made. Taking into consideration the nature of many of the activities, in particular, delays and cancellations may occur at our discretion as a consequence of situations that are not in our hands or that of our suppliers, such as inclement weather, mishaps, illnesses, governmental limitations, and any other casualties. During such instances, we or the supplier may grant a refund or partial refund.
• The activities carried out are adventurous and one must ensure that you are mentally and physically prepared for the same. If you have any health concerns you are expected to report the same to the concerned staff. You might be prevented from taking part in an activity if your health is not satisfactory. If we feel that involving in a particular activity will put your health at risk, we won’t let you do the same.
• Emphasizing that some activities are extremely dangerous and adventurous, we insist you use all safety gears that are provided and also listen to the instructions laid down by our expert guide
• Big Red disavows all liability for any harm, loss, mishap, illness, injury, or demise that you or another person may face during the activity. We expect you to carry health insurance and also to involve in activities at your risk.
• It must be noted that services or items purchased from us are non-transferable and no one can use the same for any sort of commercial or promotional purpose without prior consent from us.
• Disremembered items will be stored for 3 months and will later be disposed of responsibly. One must make sure to safeguard your belongings and valuables and we will by no means be responsible for the mishandling of the same.
